I consulted my staff about this and they told me that it was a good idea. Though there are already shops that are doing this, there is still room for my ideas stand out, and be chosen by customers. My priority for this business is quality and I know that it never fades away. The price will also be lesser to cater the demands of everyone. I assume that I was being held back by the comforts of life I have right now. I know I can’t fully dedicate myself to charity work, but I’m sure a few months of volunteer work every year is reasonable.

My friend who has been a volunteer for many years now entered my name into some organization because she wanted to help me find a volunteer opportunity that will be related to what I am as a professional and as person. I was astounded that volunteer work has evolved nowadays. It’s not a random act with a cause anymore. It is something really seriously taken. I salute the people who came up with this idea. It is very good because all the people who want to volunteer will be put into a place they are more suited and where they can be really effective.

At first, I wondered too much where I will be assigned. What kind of position will be available for someone like me? I am into arts, fashion, show business, and talent agencies. How can I be useful to them?

After waiting for several days, I got a reply saying that I can work with children as an arts assistant. I was assigned to a day care center, where I can help decorate the class rooms and be an assistant teacher. I was so happy with this! I don’t even think that it can be called work. I was also recommended to help tutor refugee children.

After a few months, I settled all the things that I will be leaving behind during my volunteer work. I made sure that there will be not much trouble once I leave for a month. My employees we’re a bit emotional because they were not used to be left for such a long period of time, but they assured me that they will take care of the company while I’m gone.

I hope everything goes well for me as I venture into my new experience as a volunteer worker. I’m sure I’m going to have a lot of fun, especially with this opportunity that they gave me. I hope I will be an effective volunteer.

For the past week, I was invited to five business events of different kinds. Everything that went on were all so familiar, such as business announcements, introduction of new products, and everything that business men needed to talk about. As for me, I liked hearing updates from different companies; it gives me ideas on what type of company they are, and therefore enabling me to know what kind of endorser they need. I also get the chance to know more people in the society. Invitations to business events are very important to me. It is beneficial both to the host and the guests. As we all know, connection is very important in business.

Above all the events I’ve been to, the most memorable were the events held in California and Las Vegas. The events were perfect; I could not give any negative comment about it.  I enjoyed the whole production. The set up was perfect, the food was great, the accommodation was well, and the program was well organized. It was truly an amazing experience; I think that event management California style is one of the best. The one in Las Vegas was also similarly great, but the events were individually unique. At the end of the event (I did this at both events because I got really curious), I could not help but ask who planned and managed the event, and to my surprise, both the events were managed by one company. I have learned a lot this week, and this is one of the best things I love about my job. I feel like I’m getting younger with all this new knowledge and updates that I’m receiving. Corporate events are like parties to me. I learn, socialize, have fun, and most of all, do business.

As her family, I thought that I should do something to protect her, and I do not want the same thing to happen to her again. I want her to be happy this time. They said that they felt more confident with the capabilities of the agency. My employees were also happy to work in a new environment. Above all, I was so pleased that all the expenses from the renovation were worth it. I gained it all back in a few months. While watching the shoot, I felt like a mother that I never was. I’m so proud of my girls and boys for reaching this far. It was a glorious moment for me because I was able to witness my models and my favorite photographer doing the things they love. During the photo shoot, I was also able to do my job. I met designers and asked me to recruit models for them. I was surprised and flattered, because they asked me personally. I was more than honored to present them my models. I showed them pictures from my tablet, and they picked almost all of my models for auditions.

There were a lot of people operating behind the photo shoot. It was such a pleasure to witness all of them. There were make-up artists, hair stylists, fashion designers, fashion interns, and even utility men. Everybody in the set was so busy, when suddenly a power source blew up. It overheated and was not able to compensate because of the weather and the heat of the lightings. The utility men quickly responded and replaced the power distribution equipment with something I’ve never seen before. It was a cube-shaped device that provided electrical supply. The utility men said that it was a new product that they wanted to try. It was from Rolec services. I am not the type of person who is inclined with electrical devices, and everything that the utility men were saying were so foreign to me. I thought the photo shoot will not be able to push through, but luckily there was a good solution to the technical problem.

Working together is really important, and i realized that if everyone did their job well, the production will be outstanding. I am so happy for my models that they became a part of a very efficient working group.

I was thinking to myself that I needed items that will make me look and feel younger. I bought bath necessities, cosmetics, clothes, bags, and shoes. They said that I am an impulsive buyer, but that is not true. There are so many wonderful things and I just don’t know what to pick. While I was roaming around the mall, I was pleased with what I bought, because some were on sale and I have availed promo discounts because of the other things that I bought.

I nearly reached the end of my shopping day, but I was stopped by this very beautiful set of interior design for a single woman’s bedroom. Suddenly, I felt the need to renovate my room. The bed looked really beautiful and comfortable; I loved the gold head board with pink roses engraved on it. All the other furniture matched the bed. The curtains and beddings also had a special touch to it. The decorations were avant-garde. Everything was so unique, fresh, and young, and I knew that I needed it for my bedroom. I went inside the store to get a closer look. Soon, I was assisted by the salesman and helped understand the product. It was more wonderful than I have expected. So I decided to buy it.

I told my mom about what I have observed and I think she needed innovation. She also needs to improve her employees’ performance by letting them undergo some sales training.

My mother was pleased to her my comments and suggestions. I helped her improved her shop, and while we were doing it we both had fun while working together. We did some renovations and published advertisements, while her employees underwent sales training.

After a month, the shop became busier than ever. There were a lot of new customers, and I’ve never seen my mom happier. She loved her business so much that she cannot watch it slowly fail. I was glad to see her enjoy what she loves to do. The employees were also happier because they felt that they were more effective in their job. I think the party services crew themselves deserve a party. They are doing well in their business and are still improving more each day. I am so proud of my mom for having this shop for years.

Different companies may avail the services of these call centers. I really like the idea that this kind of work group exist. I believe that it is very important for a certain company to have an effective contact centre for their customers who have inquiries or are having problems with their product.

I also like to think that it is very important to entertain the customers the right way. An unsatisfied costumer will not be healthy for the company’s reputation. Costumers are very important people, and should be treated properly.
